Returns and exchages

At Aphè, our goal is for every purchase to bring you joy. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your product under the following conditions:


💫 Return Period

You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.


💫 Conditions

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and protective seals intact.

  • For hygiene reasons, lingerie and swimwear cannot be returned if opened or worn.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation email is required.


💫 Process

  1. Contact us at info@aphelongerie.com (or the designated email).

  2. Send the product back using the courier company of your choice.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will proceed with either an exchange or a refund.


💫 Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • In the case of an error on our part (e.g., wrong product), Aphè will cover the return shipping costs.


💫 Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product, using the same payment method you originally used.
